Delivery

We deliver across Abuja and send courier orders outside Abuja. You choose delivery or free pickup at checkout.

Delivery is free on orders of ₦150,000 or more. We confirm your delivery window on WhatsApp once your order is paid. If we can't meet the time we promised, we tell you before it passes and you may cancel for a full refund.

Checking your order

Please check your items when they arrive. Tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, ideally with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

Returns

• Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We refund the item price once we receive them.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong items: we collect them at our cost and replace or refund in full, as the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 requires.
• For hygiene and safety we can't take back opened food items, lit candles, inflated balloons, or items personalised with a name or date, unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Paystack, usually within 5–10 working days of approval. Pay-at-pickup orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Party set-ups and packages

Deposit, cancellation, date-change and refund terms for set-ups are printed on your booking before you pay. You never pay a balance for a set-up you haven't approved.
