These terms cover your use of the Heart of the Party website, shop, planner and studios. By using them or placing an order you agree to these terms, our delivery & returns policy and our privacy notice.

Your account

One Heart of the Party account signs you in to every app. Keep access to your phone and email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Prices and orders

• Prices are in Naira. The price at checkout is the price you pay; any delivery fee is shown before you pay.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds (or, for pay-at-pickup, once we confirm it). If an item turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we tell you and refund it in full.
• Photos are for illustration; colours can vary slightly between screens and batches.

Trade accounts

Trade accounts buy at wholesale prices on upfront or deposit terms. Net-30 credit, up to ₦1,000,000, can be requested after three paid trade orders and is subject to staff approval. Quotations are valid for 30 days.

Studios and event tools

• You own the content you create (designs, guest lists, stories). You give us permission to store and process it to run the service.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or use the tools to send spam or unlawful messages.
• AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes; please review them before printing or sharing.
• Paid features (such as extra guests on OwambeOS or a full keepsake book) are one-time purchases shown with their price before you pay.
• Payments between hosts, guests and vendors (such as aso-ebi or gifts) are processed by Paystack and settle directly to the recipient. Heart of the Party does not hold those funds.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes go to the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
